What does Leavenworth Photo & Film photograph?

Nate focuses on real estate, mountain homes, cabins, vacation rentals, hotels, resorts, restaurants, hospitality properties, commercial spaces, land, and location-driven businesses.

Which areas do you serve?

Primary service areas are Leavenworth, Lake Wenatchee, Plain, Cashmere, Wenatchee, and Chelan. Nate is also available for travel; send the project location to discuss fit and scope.

Do you provide both photography and video?

Yes. Projects can include still photography, ground-based film, aerial photo and footage, and social-ready vertical coverage. The right combination depends on the audience and where the final media will be used.

Can I hire you for drone-only coverage?

Yes. Aerial-only projects can be discussed, and drone coverage can also be planned together with interior, exterior, or film production. Availability depends on the location and conditions.

What should I include in my first inquiry?

Include the property location and type, the intended audience and uses, the service or goal, the ideal shoot date and deadline, and any must-show features or access constraints.

How should I prepare the property?

Complete cleaning, staging, repairs, and access preparation before the scheduled shoot. Remove private and distracting items, check lighting, prepare outdoor amenities, and share anything important that is not obvious on arrival.

How quickly will the media be delivered?

Turnaround is confirmed in writing for each project because photography, film, aerial coverage, property size, travel, and final formats require different schedules. Share any hard deadline in the first inquiry.

Can you create media for a website and social channels as well as a listing?

Yes. Tell Nate every intended channel before the shoot so horizontal, vertical, still, and motion coverage can be planned deliberately instead of relying on accidental crops later.

Do you publish pricing packages?

Projects are scoped from the property, location, services, final uses, and timeline. Send those details to receive the right next step for the work you actually need.

How does usage or licensing work?

The intended uses should be identified before production and confirmed in the written project scope. If another company, publication, listing party, or campaign may use the media, include that in the inquiry.

Can you work with property managers or multi-property groups?

For a multi-property inquiry, share the number and locations of properties, the desired visual consistency, the channels the media must support, and the schedule. Nate can then confirm availability and recommend a production plan.

What happens if weather affects exterior or aerial work?

Weather affects each property and deliverable differently. Share any fixed deadlines and priority exterior, view, or aerial requirements early so the plan can account for conditions.
